We’ve all been there…
You’re driving down the highway next to or behind a semi truck when suddenly you hear a loud “tink” on your windshield that makes you jump back in your seat. Those big wheels just threw a rock into the air and it collided with your windshield, leaving a chip or small crack.
Now what do you do?
Small chips or cracks can quickly become a much bigger problem if they’re left unfixed. They tend to grow and spread across your whole windshield over time, which is both dangerous for you and bad for your car.
If you can repair them right away, small chips and cracks don’t require you to replace the entire windshield.

Before you decide on whether to spend the money to repair your cracked or chipped windshield, it’s a good idea to take your car to a trusted auto repair shop to get an expert opinion on the damage and estimated cost for repair or replacement.
It’s well worth the money spent to make sure you’re safe on the road!
