As 2015 rolls on, the U.S. auto industry continues to see success. According to Bloomberg,
“The biggest automakers posted mostly improving U.S. vehicle sales in June to cap the best first half in a decade and predicted an even better finish to the year.”
The big three—Ford, GM, and Fiat Chrysler—attributed to 2015’s January-June success. However, Fiat Chrysler came out ahead in June, with sales numbers that showed the company well ahead of their competitors.
Some of the contributing factors to the June numbers came from the Jeep brand that has seen continued sales increases due to the popularity of small SUVs such as the Jeep Patriot Latitude. To add to the Fiat Chrysler success was the Chrysler 200, which had a sales increase of 153%.
