Hello, my name is Fred Kressaty, and I am an experienced Coaching Professional who specializes in working with people, couples, families, and professionals who want to feel empowered and make great changes in their lives. My goal is to assist people get "unstuck" from overpowering negative thoughts by teaching them how to efficiently adjust to life's obstacles while remaining true to their ideals. We all deserve, in my opinion, to live more awake, purposeful, happy, and fulfilled lives. I have a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a BA in Sociology from St. Francis College.
